This page describes how the Soulmates website (ver0.me) handles the information you provide in the application form.
What you share
Your name, age, city and country, preferred contact method and contact details. A few words about yourself are optional. Please do not submit identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information through this form.
Why we ask
So the club’s team can contact you, understand your expectations and discuss a personal interview. Submitting an application does not create a public profile or enrol you in paid membership.
Who can access your application
The Soulmates team, reachable at nataliapoliakova@ver0.me, victoriakozachek@ver0.me and ludmilatsesler@ver0.me. Applications are stored on the website’s server. Automated email delivery is not yet enabled. We do not publish applications or share them with advertising services.
Storage and protection
The connection to this website is protected by HTTPS. Applications are encrypted on the server and stored outside its public website directory. The server copy is automatically deleted after 90 days.
No advertising tracking
This site does not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, external fonts or cookies. Your IP address is processed briefly to protect the form from excessive submissions.
Questions and deletion requests
You can withdraw your consent or ask to correct or delete your application. Contact nataliapoliakova@ver0.me using the contact details you provided so the team can locate your application.
